  • Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, names, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
  • If the customer pays Z81 Print to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.
  • Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • We ship to your selected address; carrier transit begins after production.

    Extend every background 0.125 inches past the trim on the top, bottom, left and right.

    This is the finished 3.5 by 2 inch card after cutting.

  • Safe area: 3.36" × 1.86"

    Keep important text and logos inside this area so they are not trimmed.

Proof approval

We check the selected stock, edge shape, printed sides and artwork before production begins. Customer-approved spelling, contact details and artwork remain the customer's responsibility.
