  • Z81 Print is responsible for product quality and verified manufacturing defects that we can inspect.
  • Shipping loss, carrier delays and carrier damage are handled through the selected carrier once the package leaves our facility.
  • Customer-approved artwork is the customer's responsibility, including spelling, dates, colors, sizing and low-quality uploaded files.
  • If the customer pays Z81 Print to create the design, design responsibility follows the approved design service scope and proof approval.
  • Production and handling time starts after payment confirmation and final artwork proof approval.
  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • We ship to your selected address; carrier transit begins after production.

Before printing

Review wording, dates and readability in your proof. One design is printed throughout each batch. Envelopes and individual personalization are not included.
