  • Cut off times: 1:00 PM for Same Day, 1:00 PM for Next Working Day, and 3:00 PM for 2-3 Business Days.
  • Orders approved after the cut off time move to the next available production day.
  • We ship to your selected address; carrier transit begins after production.

Material

Printed in full color on one side of 3/16 in foam core. A narrow white edge helps the cutout read cleanly against a crowd.

Size

Choose a 12, 24 or 36 inch finished height. The width follows the approved head silhouette and may vary with hair, ears and pose; the Studio rectangle is a maximum artwork area, not a square finished board.

Photo and contour

Use a sharp, front-facing image. A transparent background gives the clearest preview. We review the final silhouette and machine cut path from your approved artwork before production.

Proof

Review the face crop, final height and cut edge before approval. A physical production check is needed for the final cut line and print quality.
